In accordance with the requirements of the Notice of the Provincial Review and Reform Office on Doing a Good Job in Clearing and Regulating Intermediary Services for Administrative Examination and Approval, the Municipal Review and Reform Office organized relevant municipal units to clean up and regulate the intermediary services for administrative review and approval at the municipal level, and decided to retain the intermediary necessary for administrative approval 75 service items. The relevant matters are notified as follows:
I. Inventory management of intermediary services for administrative approval
On the basis of the implementation of the city-level administrative examination and approval intermediary service items catalogue of the municipal review and reform office, each department and unit must also promptly disclose to the public the administrative examination and approval intermediary service item catalogs retained by this department and accept social supervision. The contents disclosed include: the name of the approval item, the implementing department, the joint implementing department, the name of the intermediary service, the type of intermediary agency, the legal basis for setting the intermediary service, the charging standard and basis of the intermediary service, and the time limit and basis of the intermediary service. Except for the administrative examination and approval intermediary service items retained in the catalogue, the examination and approval department may not require the applicant to entrust the intermediary service agency to carry out services in any form, nor shall it require the applicant to provide relevant intermediary service materials, including various technical reviews, demonstrations, assessments, assessments, Evaluation, inspection, testing, verification, appraisal, certification, consulting, testing, etc. According to the regulations, the technical services provided by relevant departments for examination and approval shall be entrusted by the examination and approval department and unit to be included in the administrative examination and approval procedure, and shall be commissioned by the examination and approval unit and shall not increase or increase the obligations of the applicant in disguise.
Improving administrative approval methods

The application materials actually received by the examination and approval department shall not exceed the application materials specified in the service guide of the matter.
Strengthening supervision of intermediary services for administrative approval
