Notice to further implement the “Implementation Opinions of Sanming City on the Implementation of the“ Six Best ”Business Environment Benchmarking Activities to Create a First-class Business Environment” (Mingfang Office Development  No. 13) In spirit, the Municipal Review and Reform Office organized relevant units under the municipal government to carry out a new round of clean-up of municipal administrative licensing matters, and decided to cancel, decentralize and adjust a batch of municipal administrative licensing matters, including canceling 4 items, decentralizing 4 items, and adjusting 14 items. After the adjustment, a total of 235 administrative license items were retained at the municipal level, and 23 administrative license items were retained by the municipal bureaus.
Departments at all levels must pay close attention to the connection of administrative permits for cancellation, decentralization and adjustment at the municipal level. For canceled, decentralized administrative permits, relevant municipal units must be included in the department's list of supervisory responsibilities for decentralization and decentralization. Supervision measures to strengthen supervision after the event. Relevant municipal units should take the initiative to strengthen communication with county-level undertaking departments, formulate supporting measures, strengthen training guidance, and ensure that decentralized matters are implemented.
